Reusable Lunchboxs

Here they are at last! Environmentally friendly, reusable lunch boxes. There is a funny story about the red one and also my inspiration for making them. Here's the story of the red "Hurley" lunch box. This year for school I made my children use their own money for school clothes because they each have more clothes than they can possibly wear in two weeks. To me buying new clothes for school for the sake of new clothes for school was pointless. So, my son used his own money and although I was in the store with him, I did not hover, so he pick out his clothes himself.I do have to say he did extremely well in his purchases for the most part... 2 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts and a pair of Hurley boxers. When we got back home, he was showing off his purchases and put on the boxers or tried to put them on. They were size 40's! He is a size 28 waist. At any rate, you get the idea. So he asked me to make something else out of them since stores will not take back anything that may have touched your nether regions. So, I made him a lunch box and this was the inspiration for the lunch boxes shown (but all of the other ones shown are out of fabric, not boxers). They have been a BIG hit with all of his school buddies. They work just like the traditional lunch bag,the top rolls down and is secured with Velcro. The inside is oilcloth and while I cannot guarantee this keeps th food cold for a long period,it does make keeping your lunch box clean,a breeze. Also pictured are my coffee cozies and can cozies, they fit any sized Star bucks cup or soda can and are reversible. You can purchase the lunch box and cozy as a set for $20.00 Lunch Box $12.00 Cozy $7.00
