Victorian Christmas Stockings

Hello Everyone, I admit it's been a little while but rest assured, I have been busy creating and sewing away the hours and just have not had the opportunity to post. I have been gearing up for the up coming holidays. Here is a sampling but much more is to come in the next few weeks. So, that being said, enjoy some of my new creations. I spent the day working on these. Elegantly simple. The body is made from unbleached 100% cotton muslin, the cuffs are a little of this and that out of my designer "pile" of fabric. The trim on the cuffs are up-cycled from some vintage linen napkins that I have been holding on to for just the perfect project (this must have been it because I used all that I had). They are all fully lined and ready to fill with candy canes and sugar plums. The flowers are removable if you'd like to use the stockings for a male species and the flower to embellish something else. There are 6 stockings so far (more to come). Each stocking is different and yet they all go together so nicely. The measurements are from the toe to the top of the cuff 17 1/2" with an 8" opening at the top. $23.00
